JJGeroge Table Review, Thanks to @Grillmomma and the Big Green Brotherhood Blog
Our friends at the Big Green Brotherhood blog were kind enough to write a review of one of our grill tables, hear what they had to say:
JJGeorge Table Review
By: Grill Momma
I remember seeing pictures on Facebook a while back of the JJGeorge tables. I was in awe over how beautiful they were, and I always hoped I would acquire one.
Lucky for me, that day finally came. My JJGeorge table arrived safely at my house without as much as a scuff on the box. All of the pieces were wrapped incredibly well. It weighs about 100 lb for the entire thing. I ordered the Long table for the Big Green Egg, as they do also carry a compact table and also tables for other kamado grills as well such as the classic Kamado Joe and Primo grills. As I unwrapped the different sections I couldn’t believe how nice the cedar was. The tables are all built out of solid eastern red cedar lumber, with just a clear spar-urethane on top to protect it from the elements. These are well made, sturdy tables the not only look stunning, but are built to last. This had to be the most well packed and easy to put together shipment I’ve ever seen. It takes only 8 bolts to put it together! There are heavy duty locking swivel casters on each of the legs as well, in the event you needed to move the table, and it comes with a bottle opener that you can screw into the side of the table.
JJGeorge recommends putting a 16 x 16 concrete paver or table nest underneath the grill to protect the wood underneath it. I picked up one of the pavers at my local Home Depot for less than four dollars. I also have the cover which JJGeorge makes to fit over the entire table. This is well worth the money and I believe it to be a very fair price of $50-$60. JJGeorge also makes matching Adirondack chairs and Nukshuk Coolers in that same beautiful cedar. If you should need a custom modification, JJGeorge will try to help in any way possible to accommodate your needs.
Check out all of their products on their website www.jjgeorgestore.com and more pics on Instagram at @jjgeorgeoutdoor. I highly recommend it.
